Replies are sent only after the customer follows your page.
Non-followers get a short invitation with an “I followed ✅” button instead. This setting applies to every keyword campaign and every post reply.

Public reply under the comment
After the DM is sent, a short line is posted under the customer's comment.
Up to 10 sentences. For every comment one of them is picked completely at random. If the list is empty, the default line is used.
You can also give a single post its own sentences.

Keywords here answer only when a customer replies to your story.

When a story reply matches a ready reply, the customer's message is liked ❤️ first, then the answer is sent.
