Optional extras
Leave empty to skip. Voice notes and images need an OpenAI key; site search needs Tavily.
Notifications and emails to your customers go out through your own mail server (SMTP). Team invitations and sign-in codes are sent by Repleo.
SMTP server
From your email provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Resend, Amazon SES…).
Meta apps
Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp connect through your own app on developers.facebook.com. Enter its details here, then connect each account from Channels.
Paste these into your Meta app
Webhook addresses, the verify token, and the addresses allowed for sign-in.
Facebook Login & Messenger
App ID and App secret are under App settings → Basic.
From the Instagram product of your app: Instagram app ID and Instagram app secret.
The Embedded Signup configuration ID. App ID and secret only if WhatsApp is a different app than the one above.
Telegram
Telegram uses your own bot. Nothing to enter here.
Connect your bot
Create a bot with @BotFather, then paste its token in Channels → Telegram → Your own bot. The assistant then answers everyone who messages the bot.
Sign-in & memory
1 to 168. After this, everyone signs in again (with a code from their email). Applies to new sign-ins.
4 to 100. More gives better context and costs more with your AI provider.

Updates and backups
Run these on the server, as root. An update downloads the new version signed by Repleo, backs everything up, then installs it.
